Combining with unique fuzzy control function and data collection function to monitor the temperature and thermel value change, control heating part by min pulses and response rapidly to avoid damaging the machine due to large current under temperature control accuracy. Meanwhile, each group of temperature zone equips high temperature and voltage protection fuse to ensure the complete of system can run stably and safety.

3.Industrial computer and PID intelligent high precision controller to control heating volume accurately and response to heating varying at outside to guarantee temperature more evenly. The machine is modularization design for easy to maintenance and repair.
